Executive Assistant to CEO - Hilliard Companies, LLC

We are looking for a talented individual who will enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a professional manner in dealing with a variety of situations, possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge and use of MS Office (Proficiency test required)
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Past paralegal and/or experience with contracts
  • Excellent grammatical skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Executive Assistant working with CEO/President or Senior Executive

Accountant - Hilliard Companies, LLC

The Hilliard Companies, LLC is seeking a to fill the position of Accountant. The ideal candidate will be experienced with tax planning for corporate and partnership tax returns. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain updated company financial records. 
  • Perform duties related to bookkeeping, preparation of government audits, taxes, and financial planning. 
  • Recommend fiscally advantageous methods to save money. 
  • Work with tax returns and analyze financial information to ensure taxes are paid on time. 
  • Analyze accounts for errors, misinformation, fraud, and overspending. 
  • Report financial information to management. 
  • Oversee budget and financial management. 
  • Create and analyze budgets. 
  • Advise management on tax ramifications of business decisions 
  • Act as a consultant in areas such as compensation, benefits, and asset protection. 
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals. You will manage assigned resources and territory to ensure long-term business development and sales growth. Your mission will be to develop accounts via prospecting and strategic marketing. This is an outside sales position; past sales experience is required.

Copier Service Technician - Dallas, Lubbock & Abilene locations:

Repairs and maintains office equipment by performing diagnostic tests; cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts and components; maintains parts and supplies inventory

Requirements:

Duties:

  • Provides copier repair service to existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
  • Performs preventative maintenance and repair services on office equipment by analyzing system problems; troubleshooting, ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing tests.
  • Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
  • Documents service and installation actions by entering data and, completing reports.
  • Works together in a teamwork environment with dispatchers, service manager, and other customer service staff.

Copier Service Technician Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cannon and Konica Minolta products a plus
  • Must be adept at using computers and able to perform basic print and scan connectivity installations.  Additional IT skills preferred.
  • Must have electronic and mechanical troubleshooting ability
  • Certified in A+ or equivalent training preferred
  • Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites.
  • Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.
  • Ability to work independently at a customer site
  • Must work well with customers and exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times
